Who we are

Harvest Built is proudly owned and operated by Taylor and Casey Kiser — a husband-and-wife team who value hard work, honest craftsmanship, and the beauty of building something lasting.

Taylor was born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and raised in the heart of Amish country by a self-employed plumber. From a young age, he was immersed in the trades, learning the value of detail and integrity in every project. With a unique blend of hands-on experience and a background in youth ministry and special needs work, Taylor brings not only skill but patience, communication, and heart to every job site.

After moving to Colorado in 2011, Taylor met Casey, and the two quickly began dreaming of creating a business that reflected their shared values — faith, hospitality, and beauty in hard work. Both raised in blue-collar families, they’ve built Harvest Built with an appreciation for craftsmanship and the kind of work that takes time and care.

As a small, intentionally run business, we don’t rush through jobs — we take the time to do them right. Taylor has spent his life fine-tuning his carpentry skills, and it shows in the details. The name Harvest Built was born on their small farm during a conversation about how much effort goes into the growing season — and how magical the harvest is when it finally comes. That’s how we approach every project: with intention, grit, and the hope of something beautiful at the end.
